The COVID-19 pandemic created risks and challenges for victims and survivors of trafficking. It worsened the vulnerabilities of at-risk groups, especially women and children, to trafficking in human beings. WMAAC is hosting an open forum to discuss the dark realities of human trafficking, providing our community with valuable insights, knowledge, and resources to combat this heinous crime.

Nurses will be on staff to discuss the importance of being vaccinated. In honor of Go Red for Women, we will make a check presentation to the American Heart Association. Attendees will be provided with COVID handouts, hand sanitizer and masks.
