The Sacramento Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority hosted a Crab Feed event on Saturday, February 10th, 2024. The chapter partnered with Sacramento County Department of Health for Immunization Information. In Sacramento County, African Americans make up 11% of the population. The chapter set up a table at the event with immunization information and giveaways. Attendees to the Crab Feed could find out information on Immunizations such as the flu, Covid, and RSV. The chapter president in her remarks provided information on immunizations. The Chapter president engaged the audience by requesting that they hold three fingers for threats to health, Covid, Flu and RSV.
