Black History Month Community Health Fair – Embracing Black Health & Wellness, NCNW Sacramento will host “A Healthy Body” workshop with 3 segments: a physician speaking about Covid and various immunizations, a nutritionist/gardener regarding healthy food and menu items and a shopping list. A session on How to plant a mini planter pot kitchen herb garden with a free planter, seeds trowel and garden gloves for participants. A mini-yoga session for healthy and safe exercise and FREE raffles of $50 grocery store gift cards and yoga mats. Also at the Health Fair will be free covid vaccines, mental health workshops, and free food trucks!
