The Macon Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated in partnership with the Jones County Health Department and Sawmill Country Cooking Food Truck will hold a COVID and Flu vaccination event entitled “Vax on the Spot”. This activity will target 13 counties within the North Central Health District in the state of Georgia. In addition to receiving protection by vaccination, participants will be treated to a free lunch. The goal of “Vax on the Spot” is to address vaccination hesitancy and increase vaccination awareness.
