Each year Lincoln Middle School opens it doors to a Wellness/Literacy Fair. Community partners, parents, TLOD, Marion county Health Department, YMCA, TTA and other organizations are invited to contribute. Staff, students and families are organiers and participatnts of booths, taste testing, poetry, yoga, zumba, kareoke and other SEL activities. In the past, TLOD has hosted TTA membership drives, shoe collections, HIV awareness tables and Breast Cancer awareness tables. This year we will add “free COVID test kits and masks for the public, along with a personal hygiene give-a-way table for families.
