The Columbus Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in Partnership with Good Health Wins, the National Council of Negro Women, CORE, Mobile Vax, and Fourth Street Missionary Baptist Church is sponsoring a family event entitled “Preparation, Prevention, and Protection: A Breast Cancer Awareness, Vaccine, and Wellness Event.” Events will include breast cancer education for males and females, breast cancer screenings, and preventative care (exercise, healthy eating, regular health care screenings). Prizes will include twenty-two $25 gas cards and gift bags for people who complete the cardio, screening, education presentations, and healthy eating activities.
